These Terms of Service govern your use of the Marvik website and any purchase you make here. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes only where stated at checkout. The total for your order is shown at checkout before payment. Promotional prices are valid until the date and time shown on the page — our current Early Black Friday price ends on December 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time — and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

4. Product information and safe use

Marvik is a retailer. The tools in the 132-Piece Mechanics Tool Set are made by a third-party manufacturer and carry the manufacturer’s markings. We describe the set as accurately as we can, but photos and copy are illustrative.

Use each tool only for its intended purpose. The set is 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch drive and is not designed for high-torque jobs such as removing lug nuts. Do not use the sockets with impact wrenches, and do not use any tool as a hammer or pry bar. Wear eye protection and follow your vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s instructions. When the case is fully loaded, carry it with a hand underneath rather than by the top handle alone. Keep tools out of reach of children.

5. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and order changes by our Cancellation Policy. Those documents form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, resell our content, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Marvik name, text, images, and page design are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party brand names and markings shown on products belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Marvik is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our business is registered. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest revision, and the version in force is the one published when you order.
